Official website of PM Vishwakarma is pmvishwakarma.gov.in. As per the information published by the Ministry of MSME, instructions has been issued to apply through the nearest Common Service Center (CSC) for online applications.

PM Vishwakarma Training: 15 Days Or 5 Days

The duration of Basic Training is 5 to 7 days while for Advanced Training it can be 15 days and above, as per official MSME information. The official scheme information also mentions that the training period will be provided with a stipend of ₹500 per day along with a transport allowance of ₹1,000.
Therefore, it is not right to consider 5-day basic training and 15-day advanced training to be the same training.
Relationship Between Training and Toolkit Benefit
The PM Vishwakarma scheme has the toolkit incentive to be provided in the form of an e-voucher up to a maximum of Rs. 15,000.
This is not to be considered as cash payment; The scheme structure is based on e-voucher support in the toolkit.
