The release of the 40th installment of the Chief Minister Ladli Bahna Yojana is expected to be made in the first or second week of September 2026 (probably between September 1st and 10th). Madhya Pradesh government usually transfers this amount between 1st and 10th of each month.
The 39th instalment was released on August 19, 2026, on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav; the next 40th instalment will come next month, in September.
The bottom line on the installment is:
Installment Amount: Eligible women will receive ₹1,500 transferred to their accounts as the 40th installment. (In the previous 39th installment, an amount of ₹1,750 was given, which was the regular ₹1,500 along with a ₹250 Raksha Bandhan gift).
Mode of Payment: The amount will be directly credited to your Bank account through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
How to Know Your Payment Status:
Visit the official website of the scheme cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in.
At the homepage, select the option “Application and Payment Status.”
Enter your Member ID for Ladli Bahna or Online Reg No.
Enter the captcha code and click on “Send OTP” button.
Enter your OTP received on your registered mobile number and press submit. The full payment status will then be displayed on the screen.
Important Note: To ensure no interruption in installment money, kindly make sure that your bank account is active, linked with Aadhaar and has DBT activated.
