NEET UG Counseling 2026: The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has released the dates for NEET UG Counseling 2026 second round. Candidates who are taking part in the counseling can check the complete schedule on the official website, mcc.nic.in.
As per the released schedule, the registration process for second round will start on September 3, 2026 and will be concluded on September 8, 2026. Candidates can submit the counseling fee till 6:00 PM of 8th September.
Please note the important dates
Candidates can choose their preferred colleges and courses in NEET UG Counseling 2026 Round-2 from September 3 to September 9, 2026. The choice-locking facility will be available from 4.00 PM of September 8 to 10.00 AM of September 9.
The seat allotment process will be held from September 9 to 10 and the Round-2 seat allotment result will be announced on September 11, 2026. Seat allotment candidates can report at their institutions from September 12 to 18. Institutions will then cross-check the details of the candidates who joined on September 19.

NEET UG Counseling is ongoing for admission to MBBS, BDS, and B.Sc Nursing for the academic year 2026. Under this, seats will be allocated through online counseling for:
15 per cent seats are under the All India Quota (AIQ).
100% seats of Deemed Universities, Central Universities, AFMC , AIIMS institutions and JIPMER (Puducherry and Karaikal).
